How much is the service?

Each service varies, but it can be from 25-50% savings. Remember, our Salon is Flat rate, so no gratuity. Read more about that here.

Are they licensed?

Yes! Our Assistant Stylists have been through Cosmetology School and are now in our intensive training program.

What if I’m not satisfied? Can a top Stylist redo it?

Because the purpose of this program is to give guided direction, we ask that you be honest in the moment with anything you’re not satisfied with before leaving the building. A leader may be able to step away to give guidance but will not physically perform the service.

Color and Cuts: Anything you’re not satisfied with may be corrected at no cost within 1 week of your service, but it must be with the Stylist that originally performed it. This allows Stylists to have on-the-job training and teaching them invaluable lessons. Any requests for a Lead Stylist to redo will result in an upcharge.

BlowDrys: Please feel free to be honest in the moment, we are happy to make any adjustments! The Stylist will try to self-correct and may get a leader for guidance. They will be performing the service themselves to allow for maximum learning potential. There are no refunds on services.

I’m very picky. Is this a good option for me?

If you are making a major change, or you’re particular about your hair, we don’t recommend booking this HD Academy service option. Please reserve your appointment with a Lead Stylist.
